✦ Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 1-2 months for processing, depending on current order volume.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated transit times are:
Canada: 5–8 business days
United States: 5–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of my control.

✦ Express Shipping

Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me directly before placing your order so I can provide an express shipping quote based on your destination and order.

 

✦ U.S. Tariffs

Due to current U.S. import tariffs on goods shipped from Canada, U.S. prices have been adjusted to account for applicable import costs. These costs are incorporated into the listed U.S. product prices rather than being added as a separate tariff charge at checkout.
This means there is no separate tariff payment required from U.S. customers at checkout for the tariff costs covered by my pricing.
Please note that any additional customs fees, taxes, or charges imposed by U.S. authorities that are not covered by the applicable import tariff remain the customer's responsibility.

✦ Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country upon arrival, except where explicitly covered by my pricing.
I am not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country's authorities. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
EU customers: I can ship orders to the European Union, but I am not responsible for VAT, customs duties, or other import charges that may be imposed by your country.
If you prefer to have applicable taxes and duties handled through the marketplace, you may also purchase through my Etsy shop. Etsy can handle applicable import charges for eligible orders valued at €150 or less. For orders over €150, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs charges.
